How do the fees work?

Please note that we operate as a cash practice and therefore the client is responsible for the payment of sessions.

Once payment has been received, I will supply you with a receipt which can be used to claim back from your medical aid.

It is advisable to contact your medical aid first to enquire about the availability of funds and the specific benefits of your particular benefit option (as not all medical aid plans make provision for educational assessments and therapy sessions).

Invoices for therapy and assessments are sent out at the end of the week (Friday).

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments. A fee will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments. Please also note that this fee will not be covered by the medical aid scheme and as such will need to be settled out of pocket.
